ที่ Event: On Click ของ Check Box ให้ใส่ Code

    ชื่อText Box ที่ให้ใส่วันเวลา.value = Now()

เช่น
    txtDate.value = Now()

แล้วอย่าลืมไปกำหนด Format ของ Text Box ให้แสดงวัน-เวลาด้วยนะครับ
