text box ขึ้นข้อความตามเงื่อนไขหลายเงื่อนไข

หากต้องการอ้างอิงเงื่อนไขจาก txtresident และ txtpathologist
เช่น หาก txtresident = A,B,C และ txtpathologist = D,E,F ให้ textbox ขึ้นข้อความที่กำหนดค่ะ
