อีกคำถามหนึ่งที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้ Hyperlinks เพื่อเชื่อมกับไฟล์ Word เขาถามว่า I have my records set up with a link to a merge with word, if I enter a tick on a record it get merged with word, those that dont have a tick dont. My problem is that I have the word merge doc in my C Drive can the document be stored in a table in access instead. At the moment I have a button to click to activate the merge and the hyperlink is C:\mydocuments\merge, can this be altered to have the merge doc in a table in access, hence only having to copy access to disk and not extra word docs. Also If I coped the database at the moment I would have to ensure that the user stores the word merge doc in the correct place otherwise the hyperlink wont work. If it was in an access table the access database could be saved anywhere. Any advice please เมื่อ Link ไฟล์ Word กับข้อมูลใน Access โดยใช้ Hyperlink แล้ว เวลาจะย้ายไฟล์ db ไปใช้เครื่องอื่นจะทำอย่างไร ให้ง่ายและไม่ต้องยุ่งยาก ปัญหานี้แก้ไขง่ายๆ ด้วยการสร้างห้องเก็บไฟล์ Word ไว้ในห้องซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ห้องที่ใช้เก็บไฟล์ db นี่แหละ และเวลาใช้ Hyperlink ก็ให้เป็นแบบ Relative คือ อิงกับห้องที่ไฟล์ db อยู่ เวลาย้ายไฟล์ db ไปไว้เครื่องฯ อื่น ก็ให้สร้างห้องที่ใช้เก็บไฟล์ Word ไว้ภายใต้ห้องที่เก็บไฟล์ db ปัญหาก็จะหมดไปครับ แต่ถ้าไม่มีการวางแผนอย่างนี้ไว้ก่อน หรือมารู้ที่หลังเมื่อได้ใส่ Hyperlink ไปแล้วกับเอกสารมากมายแล้ว จะทำอย่างไร ก็คงต้องเอามาเก็บไว้ในห้องเดียวกัน ตามที่แนะนำเบื้องต้นไปแล้ว แต่ต้องเข้าไปแก้ไขฟีลด์ที่เก็บ Hyperlink ทั้งหมดด้วยโค้ด ถ้าใครมีปัญหาอย่างนี้ ก็แจ้งมา ผมจะทำโค้ดนี้ให้ครับ หรือจะเข้าไปเปลี่ยนที่ละอันเอง ถ้าข้อมูลมากๆ คงไม่ไหวแน่นอนครับ
